TEKUNI / Wire and cable processing

Fully automatic wire processing machines

A fully automatic machine feeds, cuts, strips, crimps, inserts seals and marks the wire without an operator – and checks quality at every step. The result is higher output, less scrap and the same quality on every wire, whatever the shift. Tekuni supplies the full Komax range in Bulgaria, with configuration, commissioning, training and local service.

Sigma 588

High-performance automatic twisting with crimping, sealing and intelligent wire shifting for any open-end configuration.

Zeta 620 G2

A compact machine that prepares wires for control cabinets automatically. It cuts, strips, crimps ferrules and marks the wires. Cross-sections 0.5–6 mm², up to 24 wire types.

Zeta 630

An automatic wire processing machine for control cabinets with two process modules. Up to 36 wire types, crimping of up to five ferrule types and marking with two inkjet printers.

Zeta 640

A five-module machine that prepares wires for control cabinets and wire harnesses. Up to 36 wire types without changeover, terminal and ferrule crimping, and wire marking.

Zeta 650

The most flexible Zeta machine – eight process modules and up to 36 wire types without changeover. Terminal and ferrule crimping, seals, tinning and wire marking.

Omega 740

A wire harness machine that cuts, crimps and inserts terminals into connectors – on one or both ends of the wire. An optical system checks every terminal.

Omega 740 S

High-efficiency wire harness assembly with a second insertion head, for fast production and consistent quality.

Omega 745

A wire harness machine with an automatic conveyor. It feeds up to four connector types at once, and connectors and finished harnesses are loaded and unloaded while it runs.

Omega 750

A machine for complex two-sided wire harnesses. Wires from 0.13 to 2.5 mm², integrated wire storage and automatic insertion of terminals into connectors.

Omega 750 S

The high-speed wire harness version – 1.2 seconds per terminal insertion on both sides. Up to 36 wire types, cross-sections 0.13–1.5 mm².

Omega 755

A wire harness machine with an automatic conveyor and monitoring of every insertion. It tracks insertion force and can close the connector's secondary lock automatically.

Omega 840

Automated cable assembly for single wires (0.13–2.5 mm²) and twisted pairs, supporting efficient harness production.

Product changeover in seconds

On an automatic machine a changeover means loading a program, not resetting the mechanics. With automatic crimp applicator change, developed by Komax together with TE Connectivity, a change takes about one minute, and Komax reports up to 50 % more output per shift.

Start with one machine, expand in stages

You do not need a full line on day one. Alpha 520 is a good first machine for frequent product changes; process modules add operations to an existing machine, and TM4000 links individual machines into a line. Tekuni plans the configuration with you based on real volumes.

Frequently asked questions

When does full automation make sense?

When volumes grow, the number of variants is high, or customers require documented quality for every wire. Tekuni calculates the payback from your products and volumes.

Can the machine connect to ERP or MES?

Yes. Komax machines exchange production data with ERP and MES systems through the WPCS and MIKO interfaces.

Can an existing machine be upgraded?

In most cases, yes – with extra crimp, seal or marking modules. Tekuni checks compatibility by serial number.
