Consulting and machine selection
We start with your production: wire types and cross-sections, volumes, quality requirements and available space. Based on that, we recommend the right technology — from semi-automatic bench machines to fully automated lines for wire harnesses and control cabinets. Our advice covers all brands we represent, so you get the best fit, not just one product.
Live demonstrations
See the machine running before you invest. We organise live demonstrations of Komax, Schleuniger and other machines with your own wires, terminals and seals. You can check processing quality, cycle time, changeover and ease of use on your real application, and your engineers can put their questions directly to our specialists. On request, we hand over the processed samples for your own evaluation.
Prototype and sample production support
Developing a new wire harness, cable assembly or product? We support your prototype and pre-series phase by processing samples on the right equipment — cutting, stripping, crimping, twisting, ultrasonic welding and testing. This lets you validate designs, terminals and processes before you commit to production equipment. Samples can be checked with crimp height measurement, pull testing and micrograph analysis, giving you documented quality data for your customer's approval.
Process and application development
Every new wire, terminal or connector raises questions. Our application engineers help you define process parameters, choose crimp applicators and tooling, set up ultrasonic welding and define quality limits. We also run feasibility checks for demanding applications — large cross-sections, multi-layer and coaxial cables, high-voltage cables for e-mobility and very fine wires.
Installation and commissioning
Our engineers deliver, install and commission the machine at your plant. We set up the processes for your wires, check the first parts and hand the machine over ready for production.
Production ramp-up support
Starting a new line or a new customer project? We stay with you through start-up: optimising cycle times, fine-tuning process settings, helping your team reach stable quality quickly, and supporting first-article inspection and customer audits.
Operator and maintenance training
We train your operators and maintenance staff on site — in Bulgarian. Training covers safe operation, setting up new wires and terminals, quality checks and daily maintenance. Refresher training is available when you add new staff or new applications.
Service and preventive maintenance
Local service means shorter downtime. Our service team in Bulgaria handles repairs, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance for the machines we supply. Regular preventive maintenance keeps your machines precise and helps avoid unplanned stops.
Upgrades, retrofits and relocation
Get more from the machines you already own. We advise on upgrades and retrofits — additional process modules, crimp quality monitoring, software updates — and support machine relocation within your plant or to a new site, including disassembly, transport, reinstallation and recommissioning.

In most cases, yes. Send us the machine model and part number, and we will check availability with the manufacturer.
