Description
The Sigma 688 ST combines wire processing, twisting and fixing of the open ends in one fully automatic system for producing twisted pairs to OEM requirements. Its six-station modular concept supports crimp, seal, twisting and two spot-taping modules. The taped ends keep their exact dimensions until the next process step, and integrated Q1250i optical monitoring maintains stable quality. Short setup and fast product changeover keep it efficient even with frequent changes.
