TEKUNI / Wire and cable processing
Semi-automatic wire processing machines
Semi-automatic machines combine the precision of automation with the flexibility of manual work. The operator inserts the wire and the machine performs the operation with repeatable quality: cutting, stripping, crimping terminals and ferrules, taping or heat-shrinking. They are the right choice for small and medium batches, frequent product changes, repairs and prototypes, and for operations that complement a fully automatic line. Tekuni supplies and services Komax and Schleuniger machines in Bulgaria.

When to choose a semi-automatic machine
- The batches are small or medium and change often;
- You want consistent quality without investing in a complete automatic line;
- You need an additional operation (such as ferrule processing, spot taping or shielded-cable processing);
- You process long or heavy cables that are easier to feed manually.
What Tekuni delivers
Machine selection for your wires and terminals, tests with your samples, installation and operator training, spare parts and on-site service.
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between a semi-automatic and a fully automatic machine?
With a semi-automatic machine, the operator feeds the wire and starts the cycle; a fully automatic machine unwinds, cuts, strips and crimps the wire without operator intervention.
Can I test the machine with my own wires?
Yes. Send us samples and we will recommend a machine and tooling.
Do you provide service in Bulgaria?
Yes. Tekuni keeps spare parts and provides on-site service and training.
