KTR 10 is a high-productivity taping machine for pre-fixed cables and long branches, optimized for meter-long harness taping with practically unlimited taping length. It delivers 2–3x higher wrapping speed than handheld tools and can reduce material usage by up to 25% through controlled overlap and process stability. Adjustable roll feed (0–70 mm per winding head revolution) enables precise, repeatable overlaps with minimal operator influence, supporting start/end tapes, spiral wrapping, and shaped wire set formation.
