TEKUNI / Wire and cable processing
Wire and cable processing machines
From a benchtop stripping machine to a fully automatic wire harness production line — here is the full Komax Group cable processing portfolio, represented in Bulgaria by Tekuni. Choose by level of automation: full automation for series production, semi-automatic machines for flexible and small-batch production, peripherals and marking, and the software that connects them.

KTHB Micro
Ultra-compact mobile taping machine for wrinkle-free taping with uniform spacing, ideal for prototypes and small runs.
KTHB Smart
Small stationary taping machine up to 380 rpm for prototypes and long branches with repeatable tape quality.
Four groups, one process
Processing a cable always runs through the same steps — feeding, cutting, stripping, terminating (crimp, ferrule or splice), marking, taping and inspection. The difference is how many of them one machine performs. Komax Alpha, Omega and Zeta automatics combine them in one cycle; semi-automatic Schleuniger, Komax Delta and Zoller + Fröhlich machines perform one or two operations but reset in a minute.
How to choose
Ask three things: how many different articles you produce per day, what cross-section and insulation type, and whether your customer requires documented quality. With the answers Tekuni will propose a specific machine and test it with your wires and terminals before you buy.
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between an automatic and a semi-automatic cable machine?
An automatic machine (Komax Alpha, Omega, Zeta) takes the wire from the reel and delivers a finished, terminated and marked wire without an operator — for series production. A semi-automatic machine (Schleuniger UniStrip, Komax Delta) performs one or two operations while the operator feeds the wire — for small batches and a wide range of parts.
Who represents Komax and Schleuniger in Bulgaria?
Tekuni EOOD has been the exclusive representative of Komax Group — including Schleuniger — in Bulgaria since 2006, with authorised service, original spare parts and operator training.
