ACD
ACD is an integrated incision monitoring system built into the blade holder of standard stripping blades to instantly detect blade contact with the conductor, improving strip quality and reducing scrap. It supports typical cross-sections from 0.13 to 6 mm² and applies parameters automatically for full or partial stripping across any wire length. Faulty wires can be sorted automatically, reducing inspection effort and increasing cost efficiency; on newer platforms, ACD can be upgraded to AIC for further scrap reduction.
